We offer fully furnished homes that even come with extra linen. Our semi-furnished residences come complete with floor and window coverings as well as lighting. We offer both weekly and monthly leases.
We also rent out short-stay apartments, multi-bedroom apartments, homes with a garden and villas. In other words, we have something for everyone. Our residences are situated at top locations in the southern Netherlands in the cities of 's-Hertogenbosch (Den Bosch), Eindhoven, Tilburg and Helmond, as well as in neighbouring towns. All major facilities are located within easy distance. The Stoit Groep takes care of all maintenance and management issues. That's because we have only one goal: to make sure our tenants feel right at home!

All residences offered by the Stoit Groep are in perfect condition. Our service department makes sure that every home meets our high quality standards. We also provide all necessary support in terms of maintenance, transference, invoicing, contracts, and so on. We review and advise on all inspection reports as well as provide assistance in the event of a problem or potential problem.
